Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of allshorts.net, its web app and API (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
allshorts lets you browse and watch short dramas from many third-party platforms in one place. We do not produce or host that content; it is provided by, and remains the property of, its respective owners. Availability of titles, episodes, languages and subtitles depends on those platforms and may change or stop at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.
3. Your account
You may use the Service without an account. If you create one, you agree to give accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at the address below if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the rights of others;
- copy, download, redistribute or sell content from the Service, except as the content owner allows;
- overload, scrape at high volume, probe or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
- try to access accounts or data that are not yours;
- resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
5. Content and copyright
All titles, videos, posters and descriptions belong to their respective owners. The allshorts name, logo and app design belong to us. If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, email us with the work concerned, where it appears on the Service, and your contact details, and we will review and act on the request promptly.
6. Plans and payments
The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, their prices and terms will be shown before you pay, and you will not be charged without your explicit consent.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service or any content will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in your region.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, allshorts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will notify signed-in users in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
