Su Yi devoted ten years to transforming an unremarkable overseas club into a first-class powerhouse, only to face criticism and be forced out after a tournament defeat. At his lowest point, he is invited back to his home country to take charge of a rural football team. Patiently, he leads a group of ordinary villagers in improving their fitness and developing tactics tailored to their strengths, guiding them through one challenge after another to secure a place in the finals. In the final, his team defeats his former club by three goals, successfully securing a qualification spot in the World Cup and proving his professional abilities with outstanding results.
