At the profit-sharing meeting, Chen Jianghe is humiliated by his brother-in-law, Zhao Hongtao, and angrily leaves the Zhao family's aquatic business. He takes over an abandoned shrimp pond from Jia Jinfu and turns things around with his exceptional skills, introducing premium freshwater crayfish. Facing Zhao Hongtao's malicious competition and the temptation of an official takeover, Chen Jianghe remains true to his principles and leads the villagers in establishing a mutual-aid cooperative, achieving shared prosperity and ultimately finding both professional success and love.
