A modern soul time-travels to become Lin Chengxiu, the abandoned son of the Changxin Marquis Manor. Banished to the barren Shanghe Village due to a disaster-star prophecy, he unexpectedly activates a system that distributes massive local silver amounts daily. Holding vast wealth, he unconventionally recruits down-and-out talents, buys barren hills, and fights against gentry and corrupt merchants. Implementing joint-acre uniform farming, settling refugees, and overcoming heavy obstacles, he builds the prosperous Fenghua Commercial Town from scratch. While developing agriculture and commerce, he navigates the official circles and the capital's Marquis Manor forces step by step, stirring up the commercial pattern of Huaizhou.
