Ten years ago, the Qingya Sword Sect was destroyed overnight. The orphan Shen Qingya held the Zhaoye Long Sword, defending the Xuanque Pass alone against the tide. On a rainy night at the city pass, she duel-fought Helian Yue, the enemy who destroyed her sect, uncovering the astounding secret of the Primordial Sword Embryo. To find the remaining sword embryos, she plunged deep into the frozen snowy mountains, befriended the survivor Yan Xuehui, fought a life-and-death battle with Ling Shuang, the master of the Tianshu Pavilion, and gathered all three great Primordial Sword Embryos. Before the Imperial City's Heaven Sacrificial Altar, an ancient Primordial God awakened using the power of the sword embryos, placing all living beings in grave danger. Her former enemies laid aside their grudges and sacrificed themselves to help her. Shen Qingya forged the sword with her essence blood, merging the three swords into one to slay the ancient god. As the ancient god left a riddle before dying, the gate of Guixu loomed faintly, and the sword cultivator bearing fate would ultimately rush toward the ultimate truth.
