Han Qingling exhausted her heart and soul to revive the wasteland of Tongxin Village, growing mountain ginseng worth millions, only to be forced out by Village Chief Zhang Dehou inciting the villagers. After losing the technology and management, the collective operation suffered a disastrous defeat due to fake technology, inferior materials, and secret profit-sharing, losing six hundred thousand yuan of blood capital. After the truth was exposed, Han Qingling did not take the opportunity to retaliate, but instead rebuilt the base with public contracts, on-the-job training, and transparent accounts, leading the rule-abiding villagers to get rich again.
