When heaven and earth first opened, gods and demons rose together. After Pangu opened the heavens, the destinies of ancient gods, demons, and all living beings became intertwined. Fuxi, Nuwa, Hongjun, Bodhi, and other ancient figures successively became embroiled in the upheaval of heaven and earth, while a struggle for the power to open the heavens also nurtured transcendent existences such as the Heaven-Opening Evil Spirit and Hou. Spanning tens of thousands of years of karma, the divine treasures of the gods were all brought forth, and past grievances continued endlessly, ultimately pointing all clues toward that monkey king who had not yet truly awakened.
