Qin Yuan accidentally transmigrated into a tragic xianxia book she wrote herself, becoming the story's tragic anti-fan-favorite ancestor, Qin Yuan (Qin Yanwan). Bearing seven heavenly-grade fallen immortal spiritual roots, she is forced to join the Shanshan Immortal Sect, where all members are demonic lords, and unlocks the bizarre mental cultivation technique: the Supreme Heart Scripture—she cultivates simply by sleeping, and after reading the secret techniques, she can release them just by chanting their names. To avoid the original work's total BE ending, Qin Yuan levels up by sleeping, subdues the Great Treasury Purifying World Dust, contends for the variant flame White Spirit, and alternates between sleeping and slacking off while cultivating illusion arrays and body reframing. Navigating between various sects, protecting her senior brothers and senior sisters, and confronting the destiny heroine, she goes wild lying flat and taking it easy while growing stronger step by step.
