Zhao Meilan, an overbearing homeowner, allows her vicious dog to attack and injure a little girl in the neighborhood, yet refuses to apologize. Flaunting her fabricated connections, she bullies her neighbors without restraint. Li Jianguo, a veterinarian whose family was destroyed by Zhao Meilan's husband, secretly joins forces with the victims to establish the "Angel Revenge Alliance." After her beloved dog Oscar mysteriously goes missing, Zhao Meilan causes an uproar in the residential community and offers a huge online reward for his return. Li Jianguo and the others seize the opportunity to strike back, publicly exposing her true colors: forging certificates to commit insurance fraud, abusing pets, and her family's illegal bribery activities. In the end, Zhao Meilan loses everything, while the reward money is used to build a pet park.
