Fisherman Zhang Qiang was severely injured in a shark attack at sea. His uncle Zhang Laosan took advantage of his misfortune, attempting to forcibly buy a fishing boat worth 40,000 for 5,000. His college student son Zhang Shukai rushed home to stop the transaction. In a desperate situation, Zhang Shukai awakened the all-round fishing system, gaining underwater abilities and harvesting a large amount of precious seafood. Classmate Xu Qian stepped forward to pay the surgery deposit in advance, and Zhang Shukai produced the contract to expose Zhang Laosan's conspiracy, causing him to be reprimanded by the villagers. Afterward, Zhang Shukai relied on the system to expand his fishery and build a fleet. Faced with unfair distribution of old house demolition compensation and Zhang Laosan colluding with overseas poaching gangs in a deliberate plot to harm him, Zhang Shukai upheld justice, brought the criminals to justice, and protected his family and rural justice.
