Sales prodigy Xiao Guan wins the appreciation of Tianhe Group's old chairman and makes great contributions to the company repeatedly. After the chairman's granddaughter Zhou Qian drops in to take power, she fails to judge people correctly, listens to the slander of Xiao Guan's apprentice Pan Zhong, and ruthlessly fires the loyal Xiao Guan. After taking power, Pan Zhong promotes people by favoritism and ruins operations, not only collapsing the core team and losing a large number of clients, but also forging accounts and embezzling public funds, and finally absconding with all the company's working capital, causing Tianhe's capital chain to break and pushing it to the verge of bankruptcy. Zhou Qian, at her wits' end, asks Xiao Guan for help and is refused. The old chairman rushes back despite his illness to stabilize the situation and personally calls to earnestly invite Xiao Guan to step out. Grateful for the kindness of appreciation, Xiao Guan injects capital to save the day and turns the tide.
