Modern screenwriter Su Wan transmigrated into the cultivation world, misled by a system bug into wrongly wooing Xiao Jinghan for three years. After a system correction, she turned to pursuing the true destined target, Xie Qingci. In her interactions with Xie Qingci, she gradually developed true feelings from the initial "task-based pursuit," while simultaneously recovering her amnesiac past of sacrificing herself to save Xie Qingci three years ago. Xiao Jinghan was filled with remorse after Su Wan turned away, and after repeatedly entangling with the heroine to no avail, he confronted Xie Qingci for answers only to be doubly crushed by strength and morality, ultimately choosing a dignified concession. Finally making her choice between "returning to modern times" and "staying by Xie Qingci's side," Su Wan rushed towards a mutual affection with Xie Qingci, reaching a complete fulfillment.
