Li Jing, a 52-year-old late-stage obesity patient, accidentally binds with a "Weight Loss System." As long as she makes her three male tenants—security guard Liu Wei, insurance salesman Cui Xiaojie, and rehabilitation therapist Luo En—continually feel "shocked," she earns weight loss rewards and even unlocks superpowers like the "Mouth of Truth" and "X-Ray Vision." Navigating the bustling street life, she helps Luo En expose a scumbag doctor, assists Cui Xiaojie in fighting workplace villains, accompanies Liu Wei in chasing criminals to solve cold cases, and leads college students to win an esports championship. Amid laughter and banter, she transforms from an old woman waiting to die into the beloved "Sister Jing" of three young men. Her late-stage cancer reverses to mid-stage, and her weight gradually drops with every moment of shock.
