Gu Chunmei, the founder of a community supermarket, pretends to be bankrupt and suffering from dementia to test her biological granddaughter, Gu Qian, and Su He, the daughter of the woman who once saved her life. Gu Qian considers her a burden, sends her to the cheapest nursing home, and blocks her. Su He, however, pays her care expenses and braves the rain to find her after she goes missing.
