After Abandoning Farming, I Reached the Top of the Business World
Cheng Mo, an agricultural science student, returns to his hometown and leads the villagers of Qingshui Village in building greenhouses and developing an organic cherry tomato industry. A vendor promotes illegal growth-enhancing chemicals, misleading many villagers with the promise of quick profits. They abandon ecological farming and withdraw from the cooperative. Cheng Mo properly settles their investments and focuses on cultivating green produce. The fruit grown with the chemicals turns out to be poor in quality, causing market problems and losses for the farmers involved.
