A woman barges into Tianbao Pavilion and demands to see its most expensive bracelet. She dismisses a 100,000-yuan icy jadeite bracelet as shabby, insults sales clerk Xu Qing, and pressures store manager Shen Zhiyuan to bring out the store's treasured showpiece. When presented with an imperial green jadeite bracelet, she grabs it before even hearing the full price. Just then, Zhou Qichuan calls to say that his 80-year-old grandmother is getting married. Convinced he is lying, she angrily orders him to arrive within half an hour. As their argument escalates, she repeatedly taps the bracelet against the glass and takes every attempt to stop her as an insult. A storm fueled by arrogance and misplaced anger is about to erupt.
