Tianxuan Sect disciple Zhao Ning was entrusted by her master to guard the mountain gate, but was framed by junior sister Su Wanwan and Shen Yan, expelled from the sect, her spiritual roots sealed, and mistakenly entered the Demon Realm. She and Demon Lord Ling Ye went from suspicion to fighting side by side, uncovering her background through the Twin Jade. She turned out to be the Heavenly Emperor's own younger sister, the Heavenly Court's princess, whose mother queen laid out an eighteen-year plan to protect her. Uncle Zhao Yunyuan colluded with the Demon Realm's Great Elder to launch an internal rebellion, with Su Wanwan merely being a pawn. Zhao Ning reshaped her heavenly mandate spiritual root, stepped back to the mountain gate to settle accounts with the traitors, rescued her master, and broke Zhao Yunyuan together with Ling Ye. Ultimately, she serves as the Sect Leader of Tianxuan Sect and the Head of the Heavenly Court's Inspection Office, with Ling Ye as the Deputy Head, and the two marry with the Twin Jade as proof, joining hands to guard the three realms.
