Red Dragon Zoo Director Su Yuan, relying on the supernatural ability to understand the inner voices of animals, goes to rescues again: he carries a lame blue tiger cub back from a cave, and scares away the leopard snatchers of Demon Wild Animal Zoo. He rides crocodiles and takes white finless porpoises, clears away a huge boulder from the breathing hole for a stranded pink white finless porpoise, and even dives into an underground river, cuts nets to take plastic to save the Chinese sturgeon, uses bananas mixed with laxatives to tame a constipated and furious prehistoric ichthyosaur, and the state funds the construction of a vast habitat for it. A husky digs out a grenade, holds the grenade in its mouth to scare away criminals, and leads out an arms secret passage, helping the park win a collective second-class merit. Chen Kaiyuan injects drugs to cause a suburban bear to go crazy, but frames Su Yuan; Su Yuan exposes it in public, and the conflict between the two erupts.
