Cheng Yuan possesses a seemingly ordinary lightning martial soul. For the past three years, he has constantly been bullied and harassed by Li Cheng, Ma Long, and others. Even the inherited soul bone left behind by his parents was taken away by the wealthy Ren family, specifically Ren Xin. Just when he is at his wit's end, he unexpectedly awakens a money-spending martial soul system. By completing missions that punish evil and promote good, he can earn generous rewards. With the system's help, he steadily increases his soul power and obtains the Nine Heavens Thunder Dragon Soul Ring and the Nine Extremes Illusion Thunder Fox External Soul Bone. He calmly settles old scores in person and wins battle after battle in the Soul Fighting Arena, eventually reaching the Star Glory rank. Later, he unlocks the SSS-rank Nine Nether Devouring Heaven Lotus and gains the support of two martial souls, completely turning his fate around.
