Modern medical Ph.D. Lin Xi accidentally transmigrates to become an eldest sister in a peasant family. Opening her eyes, she finds her parents both dead and the rice jar at rock bottom, while her eight younger brothers are crying weakly and greedy relatives are snatching away the farmland. She immediately establishes her household, using her medical skills and portable herbal field to cultivate medicine and make salt, burn charcoal and make cement, leading her brothers to reclaim wasteland and build houses, resist drought and disaster relief, and outsmart evil relatives. From a broken thatched hut to a blue-brick building, from being bullied to being respected, she uses her eldest sister's shoulders to prop up a home and welcomes a broader world.
