Crossing into a parallel world and suffering from a terminal illness, Qin Hao awakens the Death Fishing System, traveling daily to remote and desolate waters to fish to extend his life. After seven years of live-streaming fishing with 'skunking' being mocked by the entire internet, he unexpectedly fishes up bizarre spiritual monsters such as bleeding strange rocks and golden spiritual water monkeys. Killing spiritual monsters unlocks SSS-level talent; he joins the official supernatural organization, the Bureau of Exorcism, entering the Dao through fishing, all-in on cultivation with his lifespan, sweeping away evil mysteries, and transforming from a terminally ill fisherman into a fishing madman who suppresses and slays all evils.
