Fisherman Lin Hai risked his life to haul in four hundred thousand mackerel, only to be brushed off with two thousand yuan and swept out the door by his childhood friend Liu Dabiao. In desperation, his father's heirloom Sea God Jade Pendant awakened, granting him the magical ability to see through the deep sea and use dragon Qi to lure fish. Starting out by renting a broken wooden boat, Lin Hai teamed up with Xinghai Restaurant female president Shen Xingruo, cleverly breaking Liu Dabiao's dock blockade and stubbornly weathering the high-tech large boat suppression of capital giant Zhao Tiande. Facing the crazy encirclement of extinction nets and electric explosions, he reversed the tables and sent his enemies into the abyss. Ultimately, Lin Hai established the Ocean Group, married Shen Xingruo in a grand wedding, and counter-attacked from a poor fellow stepped into the mud into the true ocean overlord.
