Ning Chen, an old monster at the Nascent Soul stage who lived for two thousand years in the cultivation world, travels back through a teleportation array and becomes a university freshman. Possessing cultivation powers that reach heaven and earth, he only wants to keep a low profile and get by amid military training, exams, and the university sports meet. Yet people keep provoking him—the Sanda Club, wealthy heirs, and ancient martial arts families. Ning Chen is forced to show his true ability, casually overpowering every 'genius' who crosses his path. While others fret over final exams, he is already wondering how not to break a world record. The campus life of a great cultivator at the Nascent Soul stage is simply this unadorned—and dull.
