Lin Hao, a medical device salesman, activates the Life Guardian System while protecting a girl named Xiao Guo just before a passenger plane crashes. After crash-landing on a deserted island, he gains abilities in first aid, physical fitness, and observation through real rescue efforts. Alongside Zhao Kai, Su Qing, and other survivors, he initially rescues trapped passengers before gradually shifting his focus to finding water, building a camp, organizing an evacuation, and repairing emergency communication equipment, leading everyone step by step out of danger.
