Yu Caicai goes incognito, rotating and training from the bottom, but runs into the ultimate stingy Director Ji Gongtie. Using an expensive cell phone means you are rich, using toilet paper every day requires an application, and the air conditioning is only set to 30 degrees—Ji Gongtie turned "reducing costs and increasing efficiency" into a personal moneymaking tool. Yu Caicai calmly collects evidence, strikes back with thunderous force at the signing banquet, and exposes the truth of Ji Gongtie misappropriating public funds. In the end, the miser is arrested, and Yu Caicai takes over as director with strength, letting employees work with dignity.
