It tells the story of Lin Chen exhausting his savings to help classmate Zhou Qiming start a business. Ten years later, the company grows big, but Zhou Qiming joins forces with subordinates to clear out Lin Chen, demand venue management fees, and tamper with accounts in an attempt to dismiss this original shareholder at a low price. Lin Chen no longer considers past affection, produces evidence to defend his rights, and exposes the other party's asset transfer, forged materials, and other acts. Zhou Qiming's financing fails, the company heads toward bankruptcy, and although the money is repaid, the ten-year friendship is completely shattered, and the two have been strangers ever since.
