Nurse Shen Ning is bound by intern Jiang Yun using a sorcery pendant medium, having her fatigue and injuries transferred onto her, and tragically dies from overwork and sudden cardiac death in her previous life. Reborn back to when Jiang Yun first arrives at the department, Shen Ning resolves to save herself, making multiple attempts to counter-attack and check Jiang Yun. She finds the mother of the deceased Su Wan to obtain clues and figure out the truth of the transfer. At a medicated diet competition, the two engage in a fierce clash, and Jiang Yun, desperate, kidnaps Shen Ning to demand money. Prepared in advance, Shen Ning cooperates with Su's mother to preserve evidence, and the police arrive in time to capture Jiang Yun. Shen Ning tears off the pendant acting as the medium, completely relieving the illness and pain transfer, and gaining a new life.
