An Old Invoice, Saving An Old Factory
In the twelfth lunar month of 1988, the Red Star Auto Parts Factory in the north was deeply mired in operational difficulties. Factory director Li Jianqiang concealed the true condition inside the factory from his family, and even forced his wife Su Min to return to her maiden home to borrow money to fill the gap. After perceiving her husband's abnormalities in material scheduling and account transactions, Su Min joined hands with her mother-in-law Zhao Yulan, who was formerly a financial backbone of the factory, to audit, tracked down the concealed returned funds and core production materials, and stabilized the factory's situation. After the storm, Su Min and her mother-in-law shouldered the heavy burden of factory development side by side, and opened up a brand-new life amidst the changes of the era.
