Qin Feng, an engineer from the Dragon Kingdom, is reborn one year before the ocean apocalypse begins. Armed with memories of the future, he accurately predicts the global catastrophe and persuades his country to launch the Ocean Era Initiative, building ten thousand arks, underground new cities, and a Starlink system. Facing ridicule and military threats from other nations, Qin Feng leads the Dragon Kingdom to rise amid the apocalypse. Using black-purple crystal ore, he transforms the arks into mechs and successively slays prehistoric behemoths such as Godzilla, Leviathan, and the Frost Behemoth. Eventually, he discovers ancient human ruins in the underwater Dragon Palace and learns that, 120,000 years in the future, the gods and demons will restart their invasion. United as one, the 1.4 billion people of the Dragon Kingdom launch the Sci-Fi Heavenly Court Initiative, preparing to face the coming war.
