Han Beita is dragged into a B-rank supernatural realm called A Certain Hospital's Activity Room, where his mission is to survive for six hours. While the other players flee in terror, he treats Old Zhang as a fellow patient and confidently gives him tips on maintaining his tools. What others see as a deadly pursuit is, to him, simply a reunion with familiar faces from the hospital. He takes the survivors to eat steamed buns and participate in rehabilitation activities, treating the realm's rules as ordinary hospital regulations. As supernatural horrors descend and the entire world watches the live broadcast, Han Beita simply thinks the hospital is unusually lively today.
