Rainy Night, Fallen Fruit: Filming Ignites the Village's No. 1 Sales Breakthrough, Part One
Xu Zhixing, a young man who has returned to his hometown, discovers that the warehouses are overflowing with citrus fruits because their appearance is ordinary and sales channels are limited. On a rainy night, he films the reality of fruit scattered across the ground. One simple, heartfelt remark draws public attention. From a novice filmmaker who knows nothing about farm work, he gradually learns grading, packaging, cold-chain logistics, and livestreaming to help farmers. Working alongside fruit growers, cooperatives, and village officials, he opens up sales channels and ultimately helps the entire village sell its fruit at good prices while inspiring more young people to return home and help rebuild their hometown.
