The Discounted Year-End Bonus, the Awakened Working Class
Shen Yiyi, the seven-year clinical director of Bo'an, was supposed to receive a 680,000 year-end bonus, but was docked down to 18,000 by the newly parachuted vice president Lin Ruoqi. She suffered from having her plans stolen, being scapegoated and framed, and industry-wide rumors spread about her. Shen Yiyi did not compromise; she gathered complete evidence and relied on legal rules to protect her rights. Even while in poor health, she refused a huge private settlement. Above the hearing, undeniable evidence was exposed, Bo'an's financial fraud scandal was exposed, and the relevant personnel were investigated and dealt with according to the law.
