Retired practical security guard Zhang Yue went to a blind date appointment and mistakenly entered a private room, accidentally meeting the aloof career woman Tang Qingxue. Grandpa Tang had received help from Zhang Yue in his early years, and took the opportunity to matchmake the two, setting up a cohabitation agreement. Living together day and night, Zhang Yue acted openly and uprightly, successively resolving construction site crises and the harassment of snobbish relatives and friends, making the traditionally cold and hard Tang Qingxue gradually fall in love. After returning to their hometown, the family backgrounds of both sides were revealed, and the two cast aside a piece of agreement, shed their probing, and rushed towards each other to reap a sincere and lasting affection.
