Zhang Dana, an ordinary food delivery rider from the mortal world, is struck by lightning and transported to the Heavenly Court, becoming the first deliveryman across the Three Realms. His first order takes him straight to the Moon Palace, where the aloof Chang'e is won over by a cup of milk tea. From then on, she keeps asking him to deliver hotpot, barbecue, and crayfish. The Jade Emperor becomes obsessed with braised pork, while the Dragon-Subduing Arhat is won over by a bowl of ramen. One god after another can't resist the delicious food. But Xuanjizi, an influential elder of the Heavenly Court, secretly plots to impeach Zhang Dana, accusing him of 'corrupting immortal hearts with food delivery.' Zhang Dana debates the gods, faces off against Xuanjizi, and manages to protect his delivery business while winning Chang'e's heart. Once everything is settled, he brings Chang'e back to the mortal world, where they open 'Heavenly Court Delivery: Mortal World Branch.' The warmth and flavors of mortal life spread all the way to the nine heavens.
