Xuantian Sect disciple Lin Chen was falsely accused and branded as a traitor, miserably stripped of his spiritual roots and expelled. On the verge of death, he awakened the Archaic World-Suppressing Scriptures. Seeing the immortal sect tear apart the barrier for selfish desires and let demons wreak havoc on the common people, he resolutely abandoned the hypocritical immortal gate. Lin Chen rallied righteous men such as Su Qingyue and Qin Lie to form the Common People Alliance, opposing the nine decadent immortal sects and endless demons. After bloody battles, he faced his former master Chu Qingtian who had fallen into demonhood, and fought the Eternal Night Demon Emperor who threatened to destroy the three realms. Countless heroes died in blood, Lin Chen awakened his archaic true body, gathered the power of ten thousand cultivators to slay the Demon Emperor, repaired the shattered heaven and earth barrier, and established the righteous path mansion. Dispelling the eternal night darkness, he returned a world of eternal daylight to the mortal realm.
