The male protagonist, Chun Xiaobai, starts out with no spiritual root at the Qingyun Sect and is relegated to the miscellaneous service area as a servant disciple. Later, an unexpected incident earns him a place among the outer disciples. He not only meets Fang Yuan and Bai Jin'er, but also obtains abundant cultivation resources from various prodigies. He grows from an ordinary mortal into a true immortal cultivator and even brings the Second and Third Bosses into his fold! Together, the three use all sorts of tricks to antagonize nearly every outer disciple at the Qingyun Sect.
