In a post-apocalyptic era ravaged by exotic beasts and mutant plants, Wu Sisi, a young girl from a slum shanty area, unexpectedly awakened an extraordinary special talent surpassing the S-class after her entire family died tragically at the jaws of monsters, which however presented as a bizarre "healing-type" ability accompanied by black smoke. Her true ability is actually "damage transfer", capable of healing the wounded one hundred percent at the cost of transferring the pain to those harboring malicious intent toward her. Designated as a special talent, Wu Sisi entered the Ability Academy of the Central Base, where Dean Rong arranged for her to move into Building 1 of District S, known as the "Monster Building", which specializes in housing dangerous geniuses.
