A small town plans to build an airport, and all the surrounding households are included in the demolition zone, except for the protagonist's old family home, which is inexplicably marked outside the red boundary line. With sharp business instincts, he seizes the opportunity, works hard to reshape his life, and turns an apparently unfavorable situation into a chance for growth.
