When Shen Yan was a young man, his family was so poor that he couldn't afford to continue his university education. Su Wan, the owner of a noodle shop, quietly offered him a bowl of hot noodle soup and some money. Shen Yan never forgot her kindness in his time of need. Ten years passed in the blink of an eye, and Shen Yan transformed into a business tycoon with immense financial resources, returning to his hometown of Linjiang County. By then, Su Wan's Wanji Noodle Shop was facing a crisis. Zhou Jianhao of Zhou Real Estate was pushing ahead with the Jiangwan Resort project by deliberately offering inadequate demolition compensation. He repeatedly brought people to intimidate Su Wan and vandalize her shop, forcing her to sign the relocation agreement and move out. Shen Yan happened to return just as the confrontation unfolded and immediately stepped in to protect Su Wan and her younger brother.
