Return to the Departure That Day, I Pressed the Red Button
Bus driver Xu Zhiyuan experiences rebirth, returning to the crisis moment of Route 36 bus. In his previous life, out of soft-heartedness, he let a young man carrying dangerous goods go, causing a catastrophe and dying with infamy. After rebirth, he is no longer coerced by human sentiments, decisively calling the police and evacuating passengers. Facing foreman Han Dayong's moral kidnapping and the online public opinion created by edited videos, he sticks to the rules, preserves all evidence, and is not swayed by the rhetoric of 'young people's future.' As the storm subsides, he returns to his post, keeping his creed in mind: safety issues, better believe it exists.
