My Shift, I Take Responsibility
A forged handover card pins a 580,000-yuan cold-storage accident on Yun Mo. She refuses to cover someone else's shift or accept blame. By checking surveillance footage, work orders, and the whereabouts of the keys, she gradually proves her innocence and leaves the truly negligent person nowhere to hide. From an unjustly accused reservations clerk to acting supervisor, banquet manager, and operations director, Yun Mo saves wedding banquets, establishes procedures, investigates old accounts, and rejects risky orders, always standing by one principle: responsibility can be shared, but it must never be shifted onto someone else.
