Global Rescue tells the story of Lin Xiao, who possesses a mysterious rescue system and forms the Canglang Rescue Team. Starting with disaster relief operations across China, he drives a bus alone through a typhoon on the Hailan Island Bridge, saving 45 passengers, and digs an elderly couple protecting each other out of the ruins of Jinwan Village. He then leads international rescue missions during a catastrophic flood in Myanmar, navigating collapsed bridges and dense jungles to rescue a female teacher who survived for seven days in the rubble while protecting four children with her own body. The team evacuates villagers, distributes supplies, and receives blessings at a pagoda. Through these heroic missions, Lin Xiao's reputation grows from nationwide recognition to international fame.
