Weekend Dispute Triggers Client Crisis
Qiheng Cross-Border adopts flexible working hours. Intern Qin Yueran takes a video out of context to accuse the company of requiring Saturday work, inciting employees to demand a standard two-day weekend. The boss, Chen Yanchuan, responds by implementing a regular two-day weekend while canceling the accompanying shorter working hours and subsidy benefits. As a result, a malfunction occurs during a Saturday event for overseas major client Blue Bay Home Furnishings, and the employees responsible are absent and negligent, triggering a client crisis. Chen Yanchuan gathers evidence and holds those responsible accountable, dismissing Qin Yueran and replacing the negligent supervisor and employees. The new supervisor, Zhao Qiming, establishes a client backup mechanism and salvages the business relationship. The company establishes clear rules: benefits come with responsibility, and only those capable of fulfilling their duties can enjoy the benefits.
