Dong Mei runs a small clothing repair shop, and her husband works far away all year round. After he goes missing, the family receives living expenses on time. Her mother-in-law says her son is only hiding from debt, and her brother-in-law advises her not to make a big deal out of it. However, she discovers that the items her husband sends back are made by different people, the package addresses are borrowed, and a casual remark in a voice message is one he recorded for their daughter a few years ago.
