From Repair Stand to Transport King tells the story of Chen Shanhe returning home in 1998 to find that his father had long passed away, his family's transport business had been usurped by his sworn brother Zhao Changgui, and his fiancée had been forced to remarry into the Zhao family. Starting from a street repair stand, he takes in the orphan boy Xiao Man and meets Zhou Yazhi. While struggling to make a living, Chen Shanhe gathers evidence, while Zhao Changgui wantonly disrupts and obstructs him to cover up his crimes. In the end, everyone presents evidence publicly at the dock, and the Zhao brothers are arrested. A year later, Chen Shanhe revitalizes his family business and founds Dehou Transport.
