Zhou Tianyang's father gave his life to save his younger brother and sister. Just as the seven-day mourning period passed, his aunt and uncle drove him and his sick mother out of the home. In despair, kneeling by the sea while clutching a discarded dragon scale, he unexpectedly acquired dragon pupils capable of seeing through the ocean floor. To raise medical fees for his mother, he dived into the sea to harvest rare seafood, getting to know Tian Yuewei, the president of Yuehua Hotel. As his wealth accumulated, he cured his mother, reclaimed his father's fishing boat, and became embroiled in a business war with the Yan family, fishery overlords. Facing hired thugs, smear campaigns, and forced marriage, he led the dock fishermen in a fierce counterattack, step by step taking back everything that rightfully belonged to him.
