Military king Lin Zhan is appointed by the Golden Eagle Airborne Division as the training captain and head captain of the first female airborne special forces unit, "Valkyries", while a late system helps him restore his peak condition and enhance battlefield awareness. Facing a group of female soldiers with complex backgrounds, diverse talents, and rebellious attitudes, Lin Zhan continuously screens and refines them through extreme training, psychological desensitization, parachute practical training, and actual combat evaluations, attempting to forge the "princess soldiers" into a female special forces team truly capable of going to the battlefield.
