Cousins Chen Manjin and Man Yin are so broke they cannot even afford their rent. Gritting their teeth, they take over a failed milk tea shop. Its signature product, Muck Milk Tea, looks ordinary and tastes unremarkable, but it strikes directly at the emotional pain points of city dwellers, becoming a popular remedy for stress. The little shop goes from having no customers to taking the whole city by storm. Along the way, disagreements over how to run the business drive a wedge between the cousins, turning them against each other. In the end, they resolve their differences and join forces to turn the tables.
