Ordinary college student Kong Liu unexpectedly discovers that Xi Xi, his online dating girlfriend of one year, turns out to be Gu Chenxi, the aloof campus belle of his school. Misunderstood by Gu Chenxi as a pervert in reality, he conceals his identity while interacting sweetly online and silently protecting her offline, defusing the harassment from rivals such as Qin Zizhuo and Chen Junjie. As Kong Liu's second-generation wealthy identity is exposed and their shared past of being kidnapped ten years ago is unveiled, the two clear up their misunderstandings, confirm their feelings after enduring family trials, and finally become a happy couple.
