Miner Zhou Jiansheng worked hard for two years to save his daughter suffering from heart disease, but his wages were withheld by his elder brother and sister-in-law, and even the "gold" he dug out was forcibly snatched away. When on the verge of desperation, he unexpectedly awakens the golden eyes, able to see through the true value of antiques and ores. He uses a wage-compensating broken bowl to exchange for life-saving money, takes over a neglected abandoned mine, and digs out astronomical-priced jadeite. His red-eyed elder brother and sister-in-law set up schemes step by step, but he relies on his supernatural ability to see through the scams, leading his fellow workers to counterattack and get rich, making greedy people pay the price, and protecting the future of his daughter and himself.
